5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery conditions, timelines, and costs are defined per order and/or commercial agreement. DISOAL is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers or force majeure events. Risk transfers upon delivery of goods to the carrier or recipient, depending on the agreed terms.
6. RETURNS & CLAIMS
All wholesale and trade orders are subject to commercial agreement. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or unsold stock. Claims are only accepted in case of:

- shipping errors
Any claim must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery and prior to resale or distribution of the goods. Approved claims may result in replacement, repair, credit note, or other commercial resolution at DISOAL’s discretion.
